Policies
Shipping
All orders are generally shipped by USPS first class mail, however if you would like us to send out items through a different carrier please let us know and we will adjust the price accordingly. Insurance will only be purchased upon request. If you do not purchase insurance, Dragonfly Fine Designs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Some items are made to order. These items will be shipped within 5-7 business days once payment is received. You will know which products are made to order from the item descriptions. Also, any custom orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days once payment is received.
Items that are available for immediate shipping are indicated in the item descriptions. These products are shipped within one business day once payment is received.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, via paypal.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are committed to execute the most high quality items and craftsmanship. Therefore, we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchased items. We must be contacted within 10 days of receiving the item for a full refund. However, items must be in its original condition. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable. International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

We care about your babies safety. Due to the fact that some of my items have small parts, and come in disposable packing, these items are not to be used as toys. Please always use caution and supervision when dealing with children, because small items may pose a choking hazard. Always use good judgment around children, and never give small items to a child under the age of three.
